Michael Rosenblatt, President

Rosenblatt, CPA, has over twenty-five years of experience in executive search, consulting, and identifying, structuring, and consummating mergers and acquisitions of middle market and professional services companies. As Founder and President of The Quest Organization, and Managing Director of Quest Transitions, he has managed a wide variety of assignments in the following industries: Real Estate, Family Offices, Consumer Products Manufacturing, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Healthcare, Not for Profit, Insurance, Banking, Energy and Entertainment companies.

Previously, he spent over seven years as a CPA with Deloitte LLP in public accounting and as a Senior Financial Executive of a publicly held service company. Quest, which has completed its 25th year of successful operation, is involved in: executive search, mergers and acquisitions, structuring of deals, business and human capital consulting, and contract assignments for Fortune 500 to small and medium-sized closely held businesses, and CPA firms. Michael participates on several committees of The New York State Society of CPAs, including his current role as Chairman of the Industry Oversight Committee, and he was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the NYSSCPA. Michael was previously Chairman of the Chief Financial Officers Committee of the NYSSCPA and he is the Chairman of the CFO Conference Committee. He has also been the featured speaker on various issues related to business development, networking, marketing, and human capital, both from a hiring managers’ perspective, as well as from the candidate’s perspective for Inc. Magazine, The Internal Auditors Association, FENG, The Deal, and the NYSSCPA’s annual CFO Conference.

He is currently a member of The Board of Directors of The New York State Society of CPAs and previously was a member of the Board of Directors of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of New Jersey, The Benefits Committee of the Orphaned Starfish Foundation and he currently participates as a member of the AICPA, YJP (Young Jewish Professionals Organization), ALPFA (Associate of Latino Professionals), ASCEND (Pan-Asian Professionals), NABA (National Association of Black Accountants), and several committees of The New York State Society of CPAs.
