Our Search Processes


  • We conduct in-depth interviews with key personnel in the client organization to understand strategic plans, objectives, total environment, management group dynamics and reporting relationships.

  • A detailed analysis is prepared outlining the experience levels, educational background and personality traits of the ideal candidate. A position profile is developed including specific responsibilities, requirements and challenge areas. This information is drafted into a position description which is distributed to potential candidates and sources once it is approved by the client.

  • Extensive, customized research, creative sourcing and aggressive recruitment techniques are undertaken to assemble a list of high-potential qualified and interested candidates.

  • A candidate dossier is presented to the client that includes a comprehensive resume, an evaluation of relevant achievements and a business personality profile based on personal, in-depth interviews conducted by a Principal or Director. A salary history and, whenever appropriate, preliminary reference checks are also presented.

  • We work closely with the client to coordinate all interview arrangements between candidates and client.

  • Prior to the offer stage, a comprehensive reference check is conducted on the final candidate to ensure the client and ourselves of the selection.

  • We are instrumental in developing the appropriate compensation package and bringing the arrangement to closure.


Confidentiality


The Company name is completely protected, so that in the event of a highly confidential search, candidates will only become aware of the company name once you have expressed interest in meeting with specific candidates. In many instances, our clients interview prospective candidates initially at our offices.


Fee Matters


Our fees and expenses vary according to the complexity of the engagement and are established in conference with the client.


Your Investment is Protected


We realize that our fee is a considerable investment for you. Consequently, we provide a liberal guarantee period.

We begin projects immediately. Most searches are completed within 60 to 90 days; however, we will make every effort to accelerate the process, if necessary.
