Our unique approach to servicing each client encompasses an in-depth face to face meeting with the principals or hiring managers, to obtain a "snapshot" of the business including:  

1) Completing a comprehensive questionnaire about the business-nature of the business, their strategic plan, revenues, asset size, profitability, how leveraged they are, a discussion about the environment and any significant transactions that may have occurred over the past year, turnover, etc.

2) Reviewing the current infrastructure of the organization.

3) Identifying their current hiring needs.

4) Reviewing their current hiring practices, human resource policies, etc.

5) Developing a detailed  job description and list of requirements for each position.

6) Providing advice on how to conduct the search assignment (depending upon the level of confidentiality), and offer the use of our offices, including suggestions on interviewing techniques and a comprehensive review of "how to hire effectively".

7) Providing human resource consulting, if necessary, which may include:  evaluating their current policies and procedures with suggestions for improvements, an evaluation of their current infrastructure and their present employees with recommendations for changes, providing current compensation market information, providing key up to date information on what other similar companies are providing for their employees (benefits, work/life balance hours, etc.), providing objective feedback on the perception of their organization from other employers and employees, suggestions on how to reduce turnover and keep key employees, assisting with developing or enhancing their compensation plan/model, assisting with terminating employees, suggestions for outsourcing specific functions if viable and developing or enhancing their strategic plan for the business.

8) Identifying the key vendors currently providing services for the company and determining whether or not they need referrals of other service providers including: CPAs, consultants, attorneys, bankers, other sources of financing, administrators, prime brokers, insurance agents, pension consultants, payroll services and money managers.   Our goal is to provide the highest quality and comprehensive service possible for each of our clients, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in the industry, and assisting them with the growth of their business.
