Michael F. Rosenblatt, CPA - PRINCIPAL

Michael has over 22 years of experience in executive search and consulting. As Founder and Chairman of the Board of The Quest Organization, Michael has supervised a wide variety of assignments, some of which include Investment Banking, Communications, Hedge Funds, Internet, Entertainment, Insurance, Public Accounting, Consumer Products, Real Estate, Retail and Pharmaceutical Companies.

Previously, he spent over seven years as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche in Public Accounting and as a V.P. Finance of a publicly held motion-picture company. Michael worked with a diverse range of clients in public accounting including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Real Estate and Retail. As V.P. Finance, he was responsible for all SEC reporting, treasury functions, accounting, information systems and taxes. His initial experience in the recruitment field included being awarded “Top Performer of the Year” in the largest financial recruitment firm in the United States. After a highly successful experience in Chicago, Michael relocated back to New York, to join a retainer-based Executive Search Firm as Director of Operations. Two years later, he started The Quest Organization, which just completed its 18th year of successful operation. The Quest Organization is an international firm with affiliated offices in Europe and throughout the United States.

Michael participates on several committees of the New York State Society of CPAs including the Chief Financial Officers’ and Financial Executives’ Committees. He has also been the featured speaker on various issues related to the employment process and job market for Inc. Magazine, as well as various state organizations and chambers of commerce.
