Fortunately, 2020 is now behind us and a new year has begun.
While the pandemic is still very much with us and spreading, we do have a number of vaccines that are being administered and hopefully before long (late Spring, early Summer), we may actually be able to get back to the lives we had before.
The good news is that there is a pent up demand for companies to grow and hire talent. We have had so far one of the busiest months of January in our 35 year history.
It is an outstanding time to consider all of your career options. The year 2020 made all of us rethink our business and personal lives and evaluate whether we ever want to commute again, work at the same job/company that we worked for and even whether or not to change careers.
Working remotely will continue well into 2021 and for many companies it will be the new way of conducting business. Most companies that we have surveyed will eventually adopt a hybrid model of working at home and in the office going forward.
