From speaking with CEO’s and Human Resource Directors nationwide for Family Offices, Real Estate and Financial Services Companies, Consumer Products and Construction Companies, we have found the following to be the most significant trends in the job market for 2022 and going into 2023:

4) WORK-LIFE BALANCE- Employees today are looking for a better work-life balance and benefits that impact their well being. Companies that show a concern for their personal life will thrive more so than those that do not.

5) SOCIAL PURPOSE- Candidates today are interested in companies that demonstrate corporate social responsibility. Those companies that have social programs that benefit the community, the environment and those in need of assistance will attract more highly qualified candidates.

6) FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULES- In our last blog on this topic, we mentioned hybrid and remote working vs working in the office, however it is also essential for employers to be flexible with the times of the day that employees show up and leave the office. By allowing employees to come in earlier or later and leave earlier or later, depending upon their personal needs, you will also attract more highly qualified candidates.
