Every company that is considering asking their employees to go back to the office should consider all of the protocols before moving forward.

Here is a short checklist of the issues to be addressed:

-Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting
-Providing PPP equipment (masks, gloves, disinfectants, etc.)
-Social distancing
-Telework and cancellation of non-essential business travel
-Seating distance of at least 6 feet
-Utilizing alternate schedules so that there is adequate room for the employees to social distance
-Restricted use of any shared items or spaces (no use of the kitchen or lunch rooms)
-Provide training on safety procedures
-Provide arrows for directions to walk in
-Provide plastic screens or other types of protection so that the receptionist and others are not too close to each other
