A “hiring strategy” will include preparing a comprehensive plan that includes detailed job descriptions and job requirements, however that is something that most firms already have. It means going way beyond that and coming up with an interview program that will entice candidates and get them excited about your firm and the open position(s) that you have. Culture has become quite essential to most employees along with flexibility and growth potential.
We recommend describing some of the “selling points” of working at your firm: benefits, flexibility, team organized events, training, upward mobility, DEI, etc.
