The business world is in uncharted territory as it relates to working at the office, at home or on a hybrid basis.
While many employers want their employees back in the office, a significant amount of employees prefer to work at home.
The Hybrid model can vary from 2-4 days in the office to 1-2 days in the office, however the most common plan that most of our clients are utilizing is 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
When trying to get your employees back to the office, we recommend a transition period rather than going from one extreme to another (fully remote to being in the office full time).
Clearly from our surveys, employees strongly prefer the Hybrid model.
In order to have an effective policy there are a number of issues that need to be addressed by the company including establishing new structures and processes to manage your employees.
